BOSTON – October 7, 2019Massachusetts Growth Capital Corporation (MGCC) is pleased to announce and welcome Lisa Silva as its newest Commercial Loan Officer.  Lisa will be responsible for helping small businesses in the MetroWest, Worcester and Western Massachusetts regions. Silva brings 24 years of professional experiences and skills to MGCC’s operations.

“We are excited to have someone with Lisa’s experience join MGCC’s team. She shares our motivation to support companies and nonprofits that can make an impact in their local economy,” said Larry Andrews, President and CEO. “She is an asset to our team, clients and communities.”

Lisa is a graduate of Salem State College.  She joins MGCC from TD Bank, most recently serving as a Small Business Specialist.  She is active in the local community, having served on the board of directors of the Alzheimer’s Association of Cape Cod, Hyannis Area Chamber of Commerce and the Centerville Historical Museum.  Lisa resides in Worcester, MA.
